A brief introduction and History
We are a team of financial and technical application consultants that focus specifically on the Microsoft Dynamics products suite – GP, NAV, and CRM. Our commitment to one product suite has allowed us to become true experts in the project management, implementation, integration and support of these products.
We have been in business since 2000 serving over 185 clients in the western Canada and surrounding areas and have maintained a 98% client retention rate. We achieved Gold Partner Status with Microsoft in 2003 and have maintained it every year since. We are proud of this status as it means so much more than Microsoft’s stamp of approval to sell their software. Gold Certification is awarded to partners who obtain a multitude of Certifications and Competencies, and who receive positive Customer References, and Customer Satisfaction rates.
This Gold Status is beneficial to our clients not just because it distinguishes us from other partners, but it also speaks to the quality of our people and service, and brings us, and you, closer to Microsoft.

Etelligent Solutions holds offices in Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver which host our staff of 32 made up from Financial Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Specialists and Support Staff. Our staff are Microsoft Certified Professionals and we are committed to investing in employee development and training on an annual basis.
This investment in training allows us to offer you the best advice on software and business practices from today, not yesterday. Along with product implementation and support services we have certified Microsoft Training Specialists on staff to ensure your entire team understands and is using their software to its highest potential.
We don’t like sitting on the phone navigating through a tedious automated voice system to be placed on hold for 10 minutes only to speak to someone who we’ve never met and knows nothing about our business—and we don’t think our customers should have to. We are a local team, and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a local support desk during business hours.

Our User Group
Annual Client Education event
Our Annual User Group Conference is our biggest client event of the year. It’s an event where we invite all of our clients to join us for a day of learning, product announcements and networking. Along with clients we invite a selection of our top Independent Software Vendor partners to showcase add-on products that could help clients get more from their Microsoft Dynamics software.
During this full day event we host over 20 breakout sessions allowing each clients to choose the topics and products that are most suitable for them.
We want our next User Group to be the best yet… the countdown is on!
Getting involved, and giving back
As a local company we like to support our local Edmonton and Calgary areas. We sponsor a number of local charity events and fundraisers throughout the year.
Part of our corporate culture is to encourage employees to get involved in charity events. We often send team members to attend client charity events and events we sponsor. We also have a Casual for a Cause program in both our offices allowing each employee to contribute to our selected charities on a monthly basis in return for dressing casual on Fridays.
Our charities for 2015 were Kids with Cancer Society for Edmonton, and the Calgary Women’s Shelter for Calgary.
