Microsoft Dynamics NAV Implementation Consultant

Due to continuing growth, Etelligent Solutions is seeking an Dynamics NAV Consultant in our Calgary office. If you have a solid understanding of business combined with experience in accounting and/or financial system implementation and are a quick learner then we may have an opportunity for you. Working in a team environment you would be responsible for implementing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product for our clients.

 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Experienced Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Accounting, Job Costing and/or Distribution modules (minimum 3 years)
• Identifying, understanding and documenting functional requirements
• Using best practices and industry knowledge to solve problems
• Managing project tasks and timelines to ensure customer expectations are met
• Interfacing with team members/clients to ensure ongoing communication and project success
• Troubleshooting problems and formulating resolutions
• Training Microsoft Dynamics NAV users in a classroom/one-on-one setting
• Communicating status of work to both the clients and fellow team members
• Providing on-going client support in person and via telephone and on-line assistance

Skills & Competencies Desired:

• Knowledge of ERP software solutions
• Strong time-management skills
• Experience in providing training to adults
• Understanding of database table structure
• Exceptional oral and written communications
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance-related discipline
• Accounting designation or working towards one
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or NAV 2013 certifications
