Project Scope

Data Conversion and Integration 

For you to adopt a new business solution requires that we integrate the data from your existing systems. Depending on your needs, we can build an ASCII file transfer into the Dynamics GP master files, or simply direct manual data entry procedures. Based on the Project Scope Definition, our technical staff helps: 

  • Identify and/or develop conversion utilities
  • Identify and/or develop required integration with external systems
  • Perform data conversion and load existing data
  • Maintain data integrity and perform data testing
  • Convert Chart of Accounts
  • Set-up General Ledger open balance
